Susie's trainingplan

The last couple of weeks I am following the training plan made by Susan Krumins-Kuijken specifically for the 15K of the "Zevenheuvelenloop" (seven hills run). It is varied with different types of run (fartlek, long run, cruise intervals, 3x3, etc) and it has a nice explanation of these different types of run.
